Earlier this week Gavin read his first book all by himself! It's a Bobs Book called Up, Pup. He also read Fun in the Sun.

Snowed again last night -- the accumulated snow on our balcony is now taller than the twins!

Here are the twins with their Organized Playgroups classmates.

Doggy

Gavin's favorite pet is a stuffed dog that Aunt Kate gave him last year for Valentine's Day.  For a time, Doggy faithfully accompanied him everywhere.  Since fall, Doggy has become a bit more housebound.

Gavin has created a complex back-story for Doggy:
 - He is 8 years old and his birthday is May 8th
 - This summer Doggy took a vacation with his parents to England and then China.
 - He goes to school, where there is a sign that says "no people".  Other stuffed animals, however, like Sheepie and Bunny are able to attend.
