Birthday Party #2

Mariela threw another birthday party for the twins.  Lucia's other BFF Janelle is on her left (watching her blow out the candles).

Birthday Party #1

The twins had a pirate and fairy themed birthday party on Sunday at the Darien Nature Center.

Lucia told everyone she had a rabbit named BunBun at home.  We think she was trying to impress her BFF Amelia (on her left)

Lucia's friend Julianne even agreed to wear a snake!  My kids refused.

Gavin was thrilled to be the only big kid in attendance.

The three year olds didn't exactly understand how the pinata worked and left lots of treats on the floor.  Recognizing an opportunity, Gavin raked up the rest  -- Thomas claims he even enlisted some of the younger kids to gather goodies for him after he'd filled up his pirate hat.
